They photographed the rodent as it jumped out of the bowl and scampered along a draining pipe in the kitchen of the Kam Tong restaurant.
But there were more shocks in store for them in the Kam Tong and two other restaurants, the Hung Tao and Kiasu, all owned by Ronald Lim in Queensway, Bayswater. They were crawling with cockroaches whose eggs were found in the dim sum and baskets of prawn crackers.
Mice droppings were found all over the kitchens including inside the fridges and on crockery, soy sauce containers and a chopping board next to some meat.

ew that's sick! their customers have suprisingly strong stomachs. guess they're not the only restaurants to have had pests infestations.

Yeah, think about it, I really disliked eating in those places... I can make better stuff when it comes to noodles in soup or fried rice... Or western toast, 'xi dor see'.

I can even make my own 'xi jup ju par fan' nowadays...

People who doesn't sort out the hygiene for others when cooking should just die!!! I don't want a filthy fat dinner lady serving me back in my public school days and that means the same when it comes to eating out where you pay more for it!!! Grr...
