Burdock tea

We have some of this tea from china, it's like a dried root, same as the flavouring they use in dandelion and burdock. On the packet it says it can reduce cellulite, chorlesterol, and high blood pressure. Although it says online that you shouldn't drink it if you are pregnant, there are no other known side effects.

Has anybody else tried it, does it work? I started drinking some last week but couldn't convince the gwai lo bf to try it, he thinks it'll have an adverse effect like lowering his life expectancy.

lol... Misread it as 'Bollock' tea... Take a wild guess what it's for!!! Probably a replacement for viagra, so on. It sounds like one of those medicine coming from some quack Chinese Doctor...

Anyway, never heard of it until now... I will keep an eye out for this tea next time.
